Changeover Settings

To perform the analysis across the various pages of the Format Change module, the user must be able to enter reference data for the ideal time required by each phase of every possible format change.

This section presents a list of all possible format changes that can be performed on the machine. For each of them, the user can input the ideal time expected to complete each phase involved in the format change process.

In addition, it is necessary to specify the labor cost per hour, which will be used to evaluate the economic loss associated with the time required for format changes.

To facilitate data entry, the top part of the page includes controls that allow users to set default values for the various phases, avoiding the need to manually input each value. Furthermore, users can import or export data in CSV format, simplifying and speeding up the data management process.

Once the form is completed, the entered data must be saved using the dedicated control to ensure the information is correctly stored in the system.
